Sometimes I like to put together a little mood board on Mondays, just to set and intention for things I’d like to accomplish during the week.This week I am really feeling the need to detox and reset.
I’ve got loads of congestion and fatigue from not enough sleep, and not eating the proper foods, or moving my body in a way that feels good to me ( yoga).
So here is to a renewed refreshing week.
